2. Service Provided
Pathfind Education Ltd provides free advisory services to international students for university applications in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Our service covers profile assessment, university shortlisting, and application submission support.
3. User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information for your application. Provision of false or misleading information will result in the immediate termination of our service.
4. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for the provision of services is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for the final decision of any university or educational institution regarding your application.
5. Data Processing (Legal Basis)
All personal data is processed on the basis of Contractual Necessity (Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR) to fulfill the agreement to provide application support.
