Candidate Submissions

6. When you submit a CV, teaching credentials, or personal details through this Site, you warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete.

7. By submitting a CV or personal details, you grant Pathfind Education Ltd the right to process your data for recruitment purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. You acknowledge that Pathfind Education Ltd provides introduction services only; we do not guarantee that any user will secure an interview, job offer, or visa. The final decision to hire rests solely with the prospective employer (International School). We accept no liability for any loss of earnings or travel costs incurred if an offer is rescinded based on inaccurate information you provided.

9. We reserve the right to verify any credentials, qualifications, or experience listed in your submission before presenting your profile to prospective employers.

Immigration and Visa Disclaimer

10. Pathfind Education Ltd is not registered with the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) formerly known as the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC). We do not provide, and shall not be deemed to provide, any form of immigration advice or immigration services. as defined by the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999.

11a. Where candidates apply for UK-based PGCE or QTS programmes via our educational partners, the relevant University's International Office acts as the primary sponsor for Student Visa purposes. Pathfind Education Ltd provides no assistance with visa applications, document translation for immigration, or advice on the points-based immigration system. All visa-related queries must be directed to the sponsoring institution’s qualified immigration advisors.

Pathfind Education Ltd acts as a recruitment intermediary and does not control the final admissions decisions made by partner universities.
